They join the App Induction and Safe Work Procedure lists and are required to complete both. Contractors are always included and do not need this. Head contractor — runs a contracting business that does NFG's specialist work. They get their own Specialist Jobs screen showing their jobs and their cost only — never the client charge, the gross or the bonus. After ticking this, go to Specialist Jobs and press the Sync contractor copies button that appears there, or their screen will be empty. It shows up only when copies are out of step, which is exactly what ticking this makes them.
